county deputies went to serve a temporary peace order at a home in east riverdale. investigators say a woman allowed a deputy into the home and then while talking to her, a man suddenly and with a gun. the deputy shot the unidentified 39-year-old man who later died at the hospital. investigators are still looking for the man who shot a wal-mart employee in laurel. there is the suspect on surveillance images right there. take a look. you can see. the incident occurred just after 4:00 a.m. yesterday. the suspect took cash from the store before shooting the victim outside in the parking lot. police also responded to a car fire in a nearby neighborhood shortly after that and believe it was the suspect's getaway car. the employee is now recovering at the hospital. the latest developments now in the ongoing saga involving david petraeus. we will hear from him about the deadly attack on the u.s. consulate in libya and the u.s. response. the former cia director has

agreed to testify on the incident before house and senate intelligence committees. jean martirez had been reluctant to testify as he deals with the onfog sex scandal but mounting pressure from congress appears to have changed his mind. reports say he will testify behind closed doors tomorrow so there we'll nobody cameras allowed. we are also learning more about the woman involved in the scandal. the army has suspended paula broadwell's security clearance. she is the biographer accused of having and pair with petraeus. jill kelley is said to have called the fbi after receiving threatening e-mails from broadwell that sparked the investigation. we are told kelley and her husband have a close relationship with petraeus and his wife and that the kelleys are in major debt, owing more than $2 million on a building they used to own. the military sex scandal and the benefit ghazi tax were among the hot button topics

30 in hagerstown. we are below freezing further off not north and west. after a cold start, we'll be cool this afternoon with a combination of winds out of the north and north and east and cloud cover. it is going to kind of lock in that cool feel for the day. what's happening? got a little of what we call upper level trofimoffing through just a little piece of energy strolling through at the moment. that is giving us the cloud cover along with the rain showers down in the carolinas. this rain shower won't get in here because of high pressure off to the north. it is kind of blocking that moisture from making it too far north and this is going to get pulled out to sea. the bottom line for us, plenty of clouds in the forecast today. i think you might see a peek or period of sunshine from time to time but the trent will be more clouds than sun. we'll keep the cool temperatures around for the day. you get into tomorrow, more sunshine and a gradual warm-up. not going to be terribly warm and here to start the weekend. i think we'll be back in the mid-50s by saturday. 50 today. still cool for this time of
